Catherine E. Richardson
VA Accredited Attorney
Attorney Richardson is ready to be your legal advocate. She served as an active-duty Marine for more than 21 years. She began on Parris Island at the rank of Private and retired as a "Mustang Major" out of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton's Wounded Warrior Battalion. Attorney Richardson is an Afghanistan War veteran and is also the surviving spouse of her first husband, who lost his life during the Iraq War in November 2005. Today, Attorney Richardson is happily married and is the mother of four young children. Attorney Richardson holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a Juris Doctor from Western New England University School of Law. "I am wholeheartedly committed to veteran advocacy and veteran disability law."
Tony B. D. Richardson
Military Consultant
Tony Richardson is a military historian and consultant. He served as an active-duty Marine for 22 years and retired as a Chief Warrant Officer—4 Explosive Ordinance Disposal Officer. Tony possesses global combat experience and an in-depth understanding of military operations, combat operations, and military occupational specialties across the branches. He also provides an in-depth understanding of risk and exposure.
Dr. Vivianne Cicneros-Wersel
Survivor Benefits Consultant
Dr. Cicneros-Wersel provides survivor benefit expertise. She is the surviving spouse of U.S. Marine Corps Lieutenant Colonel Richard Wersel, who died on active duty while serving at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune in February 2005. She is a highly respected expert in survivor benefits and is known for her monumental success in eliminating the Survivor Benefit Plan (SBP) Dependency and Indemnity Compensation (DIC) offset. She is an audiologist who worked at Department of Defense hospitals and as a contracted VA Compensation and Pension examiner.
